Who we are
Whitney Wilson Loveless, born and raised in Paso Robles, CA, began her journey in the food industry at just 14 years old, managing her own ice cream stand during the Midstate Fair under the guidance of her parents, who held the main concessionaire contract throughout her adolescence. After her parents retired and relocated, they quickly discovered retirement wasn’t for them and opened Wilson’s Restaurant and Deli, where Whitney took on roles as a manager, baker, and vital member of the catering team. Her passion for inventive recipes, craft cocktails, and connecting with people has driven her to pursue her own venture, blending innovation with heartfelt hospitality.
